These terms govern your use of the FlowBySparx website, dashboard, and browser extension. By creating an account or purchasing a plan you agree to these terms.

Subscriptions and access

• Sparx Ultra and Sparx Max are billed for 30 days at a time. The free trial provides 3 days of access.
• Access is provided through our web dashboard and the FlowBySparx Chrome extension.
• Your plan may include third-party AI tools (Google Flow, Nano Banana Pro, ChatGPT, Grok, ElevenLabs). Availability of these tools depends on their own uptime and policies.

Acceptable use

• Do not share your account with people outside your household or resell access.
• Do not use FlowBySparx to generate content that is illegal, harmful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that violates the terms of the underlying AI providers.
• Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits, reverse-engineer the extension, or interfere with other users' access.

Payment, refunds, and warranty

Payments are collected upfront for each billing period. If FlowBySparx materially fails to deliver the plan as described within the first 24 hours after purchase, contact support and we will investigate. Where warranted we offer a replacement subscription or refund. Refunds are not provided for casual dissatisfaction, prompt errors, or issues caused by third-party AI providers that are outside our control.

Account termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or share access. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Disclaimer

FlowBySparx is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to third-party AI models, and we are not responsible for the outputs those models produce. You are responsible for reviewing and using generated content in compliance with applicable law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowBySparx's total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of FlowBySparx after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
