Information we collect
- Account information — email address, hashed password, plan and billing status.
- Usage information — sign-in events, device fingerprints (for new-device alerts), and generation history stored under your account.
- Content you generate — prompts and outputs from Veo, Nano Banana Pro, ChatGPT, Grok, and ElevenLabs are stored in your account so you can revisit them.
How we use your information
- To provide and maintain your FlowBySparx subscription and access to third-party AI tools.
- To detect abuse, unauthorized access, and account sharing outside the terms of service.
- To respond to support requests, send billing notices, and (with your permission) product updates.
Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share only the minimum information necessary with the AI providers that power the generations you request — for example, forwarding your prompt to Google or ElevenLabs at the moment you generate. Payment information is handled by our payment processors and is never stored on our servers.
Data retention
Account data is retained while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period after cancellation to complete billing and dispute resolution. You can request deletion of your account and generation history at any time by contacting support.

You may access, correct, or delete your account information by writing to support@flowbysparx.site. If you are in a jurisdiction with data-protection laws such as the GDPR, you have additional rights to request a copy of your data or to object to certain processing.
Cookies
FlowBySparx uses essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising trackers on this site.
