How do you handle refunds and warranty?

If a paid plan does not work as described within the first 24 hours, contact us via the WhatsApp support channel and we will investigate the issue and resolve it, including a replacement or refund where warranted.

You can sign in on your own devices. We notify you when a new device signs in so you can revoke suspicious sessions. Sharing an account with people outside your household is not permitted.
